Betty Busby is known internationally as an award-winning quilt artist and fiber art teacher. Betty's work has been juried into many prestigious shows, galleries and exhibits, including Quilt National, an exhibition that attracts 100,000 visitors to The Dairy Barn Arts Center in Athens, Ohio. Creating art quilts is only the beginning of the work you will see. Betty is also known for her fabric vessels and sculptural pieces made with a variety of textiles and unusual materials. She likes to experiment with fiber-related materials not typically incorporated into art quilts. She is well known for her dynamic images, unique techniques and entertaining personality.
